FIRST FRIDAY ART WALK

First Friday Art Walks in Kodiak are designed to provide artists an opportunity to showcase their work, and provide community members a fun way to enjoy new arts experiences. The Kodiak Arts Council works with Kodiak Chamber of Commerce and the Frame Shop to coordinate First Friday Art Walks year-round. We work with a variety of venues including local museums, libraries, art studios, and businesses of all kinds.

First Friday Art Walk December 6 5-7pm. Come on out Friday, December 6th from 5-7pm for a evening celebrating art, culture, and community! 🐟 The Frame Shop will be hosting artist Bruce Nelson throughout December. Stop by during the Art Walk to chat with Bruce. 🔔 At the Kodiak History Museum , Isle Bells will be performing a free concert from 6:00-6:30pm @kodiak 🐋 Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, features local artist & author Stacey Studebaker and a make your own ornament activity. 🎨 @KodiakIslandBrewing&Still will be hosting an Art Bazaar featuring local artists. 🎄And it's opening night of our production of "A Christmas Story" directed by Veronica Costa-Bolton and featuring a cast of 19 local actors. 7pm @ Gerald C Wilson Auditorium.
